Upon arriving at the Victorian-themed hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the grandeur of the mock Tudor building, set in a lush and affluent neighborhood. the free parking was a great convenience, and the staff were friendly and efficient. the room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for the night. Although I did not have the opportunity to sample the meals at the hotel, the standard Greene King fare seemed to be reasonably priced and satisfactory. the breakfast provided was also adequate, ensuring a good start to the day. The hotel's amenities, including the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi, added to the overall value proposition of the stay. the lack of a T Bone steak and salad was a slight disappointment, but the alternative meal I received was enjoyable. Overall, the hotel provided a good balance of cost and luxury, offering a pleasant and comfortable experience. I would consider staying here again if in the area.
